Coyote Linux Website Update

After a lengthy stay at AWS Lightsail using Joomla to power the Coyote Linux website, it was decided to "bring it home". The Coyote Linux project is now self-hosted on a 2Gbps fiber connection to servers within our own Proxmox clusters.
We have also updated the website contents to a much simpler, internally written version. While the green-screen effect might be a bit cliché, we like it :)
